The Division Coordinator position exists to manage and coordinate IRT communications, manages the office of the VP and supports the VP & IRT Cabinet, coordinates all IRT event activities, coordinates student employment activities for the IRT division (supervisor coordination, budget monitoring, special events, etc.) and provides new hire orientation. |
Services to the department include:
- Manages and Coordinates IRT Communications to the UST community.
- Manages the office of the VP and supports the VP & IRT Cabinet administrative needs.
- Student employee budget management for WMS, IT, NTS, BAI & Client Services.
- Coordinate orientation plans for all new hires.
- IRT event coordination.
