Smart Start for Business
For Start-Up Businesses
You have an idea for a business. What’s the first step? Take the idea that has been forming in your head and see if you can turn it into an actual business.
In this three-hour workshop we will look at the foundations of business viability:
Is there a need for your product or service?
Can you make money at it?
Are you and your team the right people to bring this to market?
Is this venture compatible with your personal goals?
We will also discuss funding options for your business, basic marketing strategies and the nuts-and-bolts of actually launching your new venture.
If, after Smart Start, you choose to forge ahead, you will also have free access to a Small Business Development Center consultant to provide one-on-one assistance as you create your business plan.
